Epinions PDA: Public Display of Affection. MUCH better than the 6600.

by  criteeker,  Feb 13, 2007
Pros: Wi-Fi, sleek, large keys, better software, when open - the image flips automatically
Cons: No back-up battery, cables and accessories not the same as the 6600
The Bottom Line: great upgrade from the 6600, but may be a bit much for basic cell phone users
Review: I have owned both the T reo 650 and the A udiovox/UT Starcom 6600. When I switched over to Verizon, this 6700 wasn't due for another couple of months. I should have waited, because the ...

Epinions This is a great solution for virtual office workers

by  gunf1ghter,  Nov 13, 2007
Pros: Great sound quality, many fitting options. Comfortable!
Cons: Expensive. Cannot be used with cordless or cellular telephones.
The Bottom Line: This is THE top flight wireless headset option for those telecommuters willing to spend the coin on it.
Review: For over a year now I have been looking for a good wireless headset solution to use at home, in a virtual office environment. Wired headsets are a hassle. You get tangled up in the cord and you have to keep the attached cordless phone with you at all ...

Epinions Good if you like Microsoft mobile

by  catonyx,  Jan 2, 2007
Pros: Drop and go if you have used Windows Mobile before. All in one device.
Cons: Location of head phone jack. Camera is weak. Keyboard not very useful (sideways).
The Bottom Line: Good clear sound with the biggest screen with all the features of a Pocket PC PDA.
Review: Overall pretty good, especially if you are replacing an older PDA or the like and want to avoid carrying multiple devices. I have had CE and pocket PC PDAs but never a phone. So far, the OS is improved. I didn't like the defaults much but over came with ...

Epinions Excellent audio, poor range, not an "out of the box" experience

by  floridadoc,  Jan 20, 2007
Pros: Audio quality, noise cancelling microphone, security
Cons: High Price, Necessary "options," VERY SHORT RANGE, occasional interference issues
The Bottom Line: If you need a wireless telephone headset with good audio quality and digital security; this is currently the best on the market. If not, wait for the next model.
Review: After many disappointments with corded and wireless headsets and the unavailability of a Bluetooth™ option for our phone system, I purchased the CS70 because of its use of the 6.0 DECT (1.9 GHz) band, digitally-encrypted audio (Essential for our health ...

Epinions Decent phone

by  hockeyguy61,  Feb 22, 2008
Pros: Pullout keyboard, wifi, compact size compared to other smartphones of its era
Cons: Awkward phone functionality
Review: I've had this phone for coming on two years and it has its strengths and weaknesses, many of which are tied to the Windows Mobile OS. The pullout keyboard is great, I'm able to get a pretty decent word-per-minute rating going with it. Unfortunately I had ...

Epinions Plantronics + DECT 6.0 = Poor Reception

by  mmpickering,  Feb 9, 2008
Pros: Easy To Install, Light Weight and Very Comfortable, Excellent Sound Quality
Cons: Very Poor Range, Volume Buttons On Headset Rather Small and Stiff
The Bottom Line: This headset is great in so many ways, but the very poor range makes it a failure overall. =o(
Review: I have been using a GN Netcom 2.4GHz 9120-FLEX Wireless Headset for the past couple of years and have been extremely impressed with the distance that I can travel from the base unit. I work in a large office building and the 9120 headset gets good ...

Epinions Over-priced junk.

by  jmomo,  Dec 28, 2006
Pros: It does work, range seems decent, and it's comfortable.
Cons: Microphone picks up noise, can't pick up/hang up calls, won't ring in your ear.
Review: It's junk. This is the year 2006, and phone equipment manufactures can't get a wireless headset to work right. It's no wonder that old classic phone companies like Avaya and Nortel are being flushed by cheap Chinese phone manufactures, Cisco, VOIP, ...

Epinions Iowa boy

by  mohawk1,  Aug 14, 2007
Pros: Blue Tooth Email
Cons: Unstable Bad phone
The Bottom Line: Don't buy it as you will not be happy. Look at Palm or Blackberry
Review: When you first use this cellphone you think it's the greatest thing in the world. However, once you leave town you realize it is not good at it's primary purpose, that being a cellphone! It is guilty of dropped calls and is a pain to dial using the ...
