Pros: Can definately make a difference to your health if you are overweight and unfit.
Cons: May not do anything for you if you are already fit. A little boring.
The Bottom Line: If you are overweight or unfit and serious about change, then this game is for you. If you are already fit, you probably won't benefit from the game.
Review: ***Update*** After using the Wii Fit program I have definately become fitter and lost some weight. I've narrowed down the 'games' I play to perhaps a dozen that I rotate over a few days. Based on my own personal games I've concentrated on Strength, ...

Cons: Some of the games are not extremely challenging
The Bottom Line: If you would like to bring fitness to your family, this is a good game. If your family is a bunch of triathletes, perhaps not.

Pros: Exciting technology, the games are engaging and you can feel the benefits.
Cons: Can get a little repetitive after a while.
The Bottom Line: In the UK these are still difficult to get hold of, but well worth it. An innovative link between home gaming and exercise.
