NOT FOR VERY, VERY SENSITIVE SKIN

Author's ReviewI tried this product after searching on the internet for something suitable for helping sensitive skin. I have rosacea prone sensitive skin and was told that it was mild enough for my skin type.
HOWEVER... This was not the case. The beauty balm is a gel rather than a cream and gels are not really soft enough for sensitive skin. Although part of the Clarins Gentle Range, I found it quite harsh. My skin did not react to it as badly as it has some brands but it did look quite red and a little sore, even though it felt fine. I imagine that it would be very nice for someone with normal to semi-sensitive skin as it does soften the skin and leave a fresh feeling, but I would advise anyone with very sensitive skin or reactive skin to steer clear. Cost: £33 (I am UK based) which works out at $64 for a tiny tube but as it's a gel you only need a tiny bit for the whole face.
