Clinique - Not just for Women

Pros: There's a sucker born every minute.

Cons: It's pricey and it didn't live up to its claims.

The Bottom Line: If you want to look younger and better and eliminate the circles under your eyes don't be conned by Clinque's All About Eyes.

Is not effective to combat dark circles

Pros: Provides good hydration

Cons: Leaves residue; ineffective on dark circles
