Excellent price for a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX520 compact digital camera. Immediate communications by telephone, e-mail and on-line was impressive. Prompt interstate delivery, only recommend they use registered post for this value item. Overall, a smooth on-line shopping experience. Recommended.

Absolutely awful store, ordered a month ago after being told they had stock...they did not...still waiting for my money back after a month!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!

I just made my first purchase from Shopping Safari last week, and all I can say is WOW! I saved over $1500 (even after I paid for shipping)! I even called a local store that carries the same product to see if they could match the price and they told me "There is NO WAY you can get it for that price!". It was a great shopping experience but I was a disappointed with the Steam Mop. If I had known that the whole thing was made from Chinese flimsy plastic, I would never have spent over $100.00 buying one.

The product I ordered was apparently out of stock, yet the money was still taken out of my credit card & it took over a week for them to let me know what the situtation was & to offer me a refund.

From Shopping Safari the service was excellent! From Australian Post not so god. I was home when the deliveri van arrived but he only dropped the remider card in the letter box, so I have to pick the package up my self from the post office.

the service with this company was great,but,the freight company let us down. your tracking service made it very easy for me trace were it was,they had not bothered to notify me of arrival of package.i contacted them and it was there.

Found shop by doing on-line research. Initially hesitant to deal with as we had not heard of Shopping Safari. Once we realised items were shipped within Australia we were happy to make a valuable purchase (>$1000). And would do so again.

After an excellent shopping experience when purchasing my Sony Cybershot W300 (which arrived within 24 hours of ordering!), I was really let down by my next order for the above product. First, my order was confirmed then I received a phone call to say that you had run out of stock of the item I originally requested, I was offered an 8GB memory stick for only $5 more and then told that a mistake had been made, then I was told that there wasn't any 4GB memory sticks left, so I was offered a 2GB instead. The item was held in dispatching for 5 days and I'm not really sure whether it's been dispatched or not. I know that people make errors and your company rep has apologised, and I appreciate this, however, it just left a somewhat bad taste in my mouth. Yes, I would consider using you again :o)

Once they had all my details delivery was very quick-dispatched 2pm one day and received before 9am next day. Great brand name products very cheap. I love my new camera and am very pleased to get with such a big discount!! Thanks
